Return Policy

At Zander Auto Parts, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Custom Machined Parts) Please note the following exceptions to our standard return policy:

  • Custom Machine Work: Due to the specialized nature of our machine shop services, any parts that have undergone Engine Boring, Modification, or Custom Machining to your specific requirements are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable unless there is a documented manufacturing defect.

  • Installed Parts: Any automotive parts that have been installed on a vehicle, greased, or used cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

  • Chemicals & Paints: Opened auto paint, waxes, and cleaners are non-returnable.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Zander Auto Parts will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: For all other returns (e.g., you ordered the wrong part or no longer need it), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. No Restocking Fees We do not charge restocking fees for any returned products that comply with our 30-day return policy.

7. Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at (605) 224-9221 so we can resolve the issue with the carrier and send you a replacement.
