Shipping Policy

At Zander Auto Parts, we strive to get your automotive parts and tools to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are fulfilled from our Pierre, SD facility or one of our strategic regional distribution centers within the Auto Value Network to ensure the fastest delivery.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States. For shipping inquiries to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations, please contact us directly at (605) 224-9221.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

  • In-Store Pickup: Always FREE. Local customers can select "Pick up" at checkout and collect their items at 500 W Sioux Ave, Pierre, SD 57501-2460.

3. Order Processing & Transit Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (CST) - Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

  • Handling Time: * In-Stock Parts: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Custom Machine Work: Please allow 3 – 5 additional business days for services such as engine boring or custom hydraulic hose assembly.

  • Transit Time: 3 – 7 business days via reliable carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

4. Local In-Store Pickup

If you choose the pickup option:

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

  • Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to our shop at 500 W Sioux Ave, Pierre, SD 57501-2460.

  • Pickup hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

5. Delivery Terms & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parts are damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately at 605-224-9221 or service@zanderautopartspierre.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
