If used with a 1995-1997 LT1 with vented Optispark, the dowel pin will need to be removed and replaced with one that protrudes .650 in. to drive the Optispark. Computer tuning required. Camshaft features base circle radius of 0.580 in./0.584 ex. Designed for engines swapped into pre-pollution controlled vehicles. Not for use in registered emissions-controlled vehicles operated on public highways and roads.
